Trayfecta® Series Carton Forming Machines form cartons, cases, or trays in either paperboard or corrugate materials.
The Trayfecta product family encompasses machine models that utilize two different approaches to automated tray and carton forming: Trayfecta M series mechanical formers, and Trayfecta S series machines with advanced servomotor drive control of critical machine motions.
Both models offer the versatility and reliability for which the Delkor brand is well known and respected. Trayfecta Models also boost productivity by virtue of their tool-less changeover capability and their use of flexible Rockwell Automation controls.
- Trayfecta S series
Within three minutes or less, Delkor's new innovative Trayfecta Servo Former can change over between a tray former, a carton former, or a case former to meet the rapidly changing needs of modern retailers. Using three servo axis drives, the Trayfecta S-Series Formers produce consistent, high-quality; formed trays, cartons, or cases from paperboard, micro-flute, E-flute, or corrugated blanks on a single machine.
- Forms adhesive, locking, and fold-over (foot lock) style trays and cartons
- Available with 1 to 4 forming heads
- Servo-driven precision for blank picking, shuttling, and forming motions
- Ergonomic magazine height for safer and easier material replenishment
- Trayfecta M series

The Delkor Trayfecta M-Series Formers are an economical alternative to the flagship Delkor Trayfecta S-Series formers. The highly refined, simple, robust mechanical drive is ideal for long production runs and low maintenance requirements.
