More About Tray-Pak® TP500 Tray Packing Machine

The Delkor Tray-Pak® TP500 Tray Packing Machine is designed to place a variety of packaged products into display-ready corrugated or paperboard trays. The trays are subsequently overwrapped with shrink film, and then palletized for shipment. The resultant secondary package does double-duty as a shipping container and as a display-ready tray when the shrink wrap is removed.

TP-500 Features:

• Fully automatic vertical pick-and-place loading machine
• Loads up to 500 products per minute for high productivity
• Optional dual-loading capability boosts output by loading multiple Tray-Pak trays simultaneously
• Loads a wide variety of product shapes, including straight wall containers, cartons, bottles, tapered cups, etc
