Tray-Pak®

The patented new! Delkor Dual-Purpose Tray-Pak® Shipper combines two shelf-ready trays in one shrink-wrapped bundle that also serves as the secondary packaging container. Tray-Pak Shippers can be palletized in the same manner as other package formats. Tray orientation can be nose-to-nose, back-to-back or side-to-side to meet specific stock handling requirements.

The new! Tray-Pak Carrier allows product containers to slide out easily in a horizontal direction, then to be comfortably lifted onto the shelf. For heavier product packages, such as one-gallon fluid containers (milk, water, juices, etc.) Tray-Pak Carriers aligned in a bottom-to-bottom configuration alleviate the need for store associates to physically lift heavy gallon-size jugs up and out of traditional shipping containers such as RSC boxes or dairy cases.

The smaller, lighter, two-item Tray-Pak Carrier makes an attractive multipack and encourages higher volume retail sales. The built-in handgrip makes it safer and easier for consumers to purchase.
