Delkor ingenuity has done it again with another creative packaging solution - Delkor's Retail Ready package.
By combining two or more shelf-ready display trays with a top member, Delkor has found a very simple and cost effective way to ship a display tray to market, and convert from shipper to shelf in seconds with minimal packaging material to discard.
By utilizing a simple and low cost top member followed by film encapsulation, the Delkor Retail Ready package offers the strength of a full box in distribution. If the package to be displayed does not have adequate stacking strength, then a variety of display trays with full height back walls can be used.
The orientation of the display tray (side-to-side, front-to-front, back-to-front, etc.) permits a wide range of alternatives to maximize strength. The addition of the top member acts much like an I-beam in construction to unify the entire package structure.
