- Spot-Pak® Loader
The reliable Model SP-500 Loader assembles the innovative Spot-Pak® style shipper, using multi-axis, servo-controlled gantry style pick-and-place top loading to position products onto flat corrugate pads prior to over wrapping. The optional split-head loading feature can nearly double product throughput without the need to expand the physical footprint of the loading machine.
- Tray Packing
Delkor TL-500 gantry style pick-and-place loaders place products into a wide variety of tray designs, including Delkor Retail Ready Shippers, and wing-flap trays with die-cut cup holders. The TL-500 loaders integrate seamlessly with Delkor Tray Formers and other end-of-line equipment such as robotic palletizing work cells.
- Carton Loading Systems
The Delkor CLS carton loading system utilizes modules that are tailored for each and every application. A thorough analysis of the application leads us to the most efficient, effective way to handle the product. This may be our traditional proven two-axis gantry style robots, multi-axis articulated arm robots, or standard "hard automation" to efficiently load the cartons. At speeds up to 500 pieces per minute, the Delkor CLS uses a variety of end-of-arm tools to effectively and efficiently move the product at high speeds. Backed by the dependable Rockwell controls platform, the Delkor CLS is a proven leader in carton loading systems.
- Carton Forming and Tray Forming
Trayfecta® Series machines form cartons, cases, or trays in either paperboard or corrugate materials. Trayfecta M series of mechanical formers incorporate many of the same safety and reliability features for which Delkor packaging machines are respected. Trayfecta S series formers take performance to the next level by applying servo-drive controls to critical machine functions -- thereby increasing speed and flexibility -- while retaining Delkor’s traditional safety and reliability attributes.
- Carton Closing
The Delkor Capstone Carton Closing Machine features innovative Intelligent Positioning™ technology that consistently align sealing flaps and carton graphics during high-speed operation, resulting in superior package quality.
The Delkor Capstone sets new levels of operating efficiency with features such as tool-less changeover, precision belt drives, and ease of access for cleaning and maintenance.
- Top Load Case Packer
CL-500 Top Load Case Packers provide innovative and cost-effective end-of-line packaging solutions for containers of all shapes and sizes: cups, bottles, tubs, cartons, etc. Robust stainless steel construction and NEMA 4 enclosures ensure reliable performance in most wash down environments. CL-500 Loaders integrate seamlessly with Delkor tray and carton formers and robotic palletizing systems.
- Shrink Bundler
Delkor Shrink Bundler machines perform the last step in the innovative Spot-Pak® packaging process by encapsulating shippers within shrink film to create protective bundles that are easily handled and disassembled for shelf stocking. Delkor wrapping machines are also used for traditional tray over wrapping applications within end of line packaging systems.
- Robotics
Delkor Systems, Inc. is an authorized distributor for KUKA Robotics Corporation and FANUC Robotics America, Inc. Our technical staff currently includes thirty-plus engineers and service technicians, each with formal training in robotics technology. We are prepared to design, build, test, and support end-of-arm tooling for both mechanical and vacuum pickup robotics solutions. Delkor systems are pre-built and fully tested prior to shipment, ensuring trouble free installation and long-tem reliability.
- Vision Inspection
The Delkor Vision Inspection System evaluates individual product containers at production speeds up to 500 units per minute. Attached to an infeed conveyor leading into a Spot-Pak® Loader, the system scans closures on primary containers to identify any condition that might prevent successful loading into a Spot-Pak® shipper. Defective packages are “softly” rejected and set aside for manual inspection and, potentially, re-introduction into the product flow.
- End of Line Accessories
Delkor designs and builds accessories to interconnect and complete end-of-line packaging systems. Delkor engineers bring innovation and practical know-how to the creation of important devices such as transfer stations, top pad placers, slip sheet and pallet dispensers, pacing and timing screw units, and guarding.
