At the heart of the system is innovative technology that incorporates Delkor’s “Intelligent Positioning™” into the closing operation. This innovative technology precisely aligns the leading edge of the carton and the scored fold over front flap during sealing to consistently produce a symmetrical sealed carton that perfectly aligns graphics to maintain a high-quality brand image both on retail shelves and on consumers’ tables.

The Delkor Capstone machine’s efficient servomotor technology enables both positive carton transfer and quick and reliable changeovers between carton sizes, while the system’s right-angle design results in a compact footprint that conserves valuable facility floor space. The machine is constructed of stainless steel.
