Delkor Belt Drive Tray and Carton Former Provides Quieter, Smoother Operation

Delkor has introduced a new belt drive tray and carton former to provide a quieter, smoother operating machine.  Eliminating the maintenance associated with the previous drive chain, the belt drive provides a more efficient drive mechanism with the added benefits of a smoother running, quieter machine.   Other standard features include a heavy duty counter balance on each forming head, Allen Bradley MicroLogix PLC, Allen Bradley Panelview 700 HMI, and painted carbon steel or stainless steel “wash-down” construction. 

The Delkor tray / carton formers come in three different frame sizes depending on the tray / carton blank size.  With the ability to run three heads per machine, the machine is capable of speeds up to 180 trays / cartons per minute.
