Delkor Systems Introduces New Delkor Capstone Three-Flap Carton Closing Machine

Delkor Systems, Inc., a leader in innovative packaging systems, has introduced a new Delkor Capstone Three-Flap Carton Closing Machine that accurately positions, closes and seals three-flap cartons at line speeds of 150 cartons per minute. The precision servo-driven carton positioning mechanism within the new system ensures reliable, repeatable high-speed production of quality consumer packages at profitable production line speeds.
The heart of the system is innovative technology that introduces “intelligent positioning” to the closing operation. This patent-applied-for technology precisely aligns the leading edge of the carton and the scored fold over front flap during sealing to consistently produce a symmetrical sealed carton that projects a high-quality image both in retail venues and on consumers’ tables.
The Delkor Capstone machine’s efficient servomotor technology enables both positive carton transfer and quick and reliable changeovers between carton sizes, while the system’s right-angle design results in a compact footprint that conserves valuable facility floor space. The machine is constructed of stainless steel.
