Delkor Debuts New Trayfecta® All-Servo
Tray And Carton Former
For over 35 years Delkor has been consistently developing some of the best tray and carton forming machines on the market. At this years’ Worldwide Food Expo we will debut our newest innovation – the Delkor Trayfecta® S series tray and carton former.
This all-servo design offers enhanced speed and flexibility coupled with a new low-level carton magazine for ergonomic loading. As with our entire line of Trayfecta formers, it is designed for forming either
corrugated trays or paperboard cartons.
The new Trayfecta S series carton forming machine uses advanced servomotor drive control of all critical machine motions, allowing the unit to operate at higher throughput speeds and with greater efficiencies than mechanical-drive systems. The S series also incorporates enhanced ergonomics, such as waist-high carton blank magazines for safer, easier material replenishment. The new system is available in single and multi-head configurations, continuing the Delkor tradition of safe, reliable and profitable performance.

Delkor To Introduce Tray Erector For Dairy Products Display Tray
As part our effort to make every Delkor packaging machine more versatile, we are introducing a compact tray erector specifically designed for the dairy products display tray used in high volume retail stores.
This new machine was designed so our customers could fully automate a dairy products display tray into a current automated packaging line, including Delkor’s Spot-Pak® machines.
New Delkor Design For Packaging Pouches Off Form/Fill/Seal Machines
If your company uses Form/Fill/Seal machines for 3- or 4-sided flexible pouches, like tube yogurt, please stop by the Delkor exhibit to see a video of our newest pouch loader. This design offers carton loading up to 60 cartons per minute for seamless high efficiency production lines.
This compact loading machine incorporates a continuous motion bucket conveyor with pouch re-feed capabilities. Designed for top load cartons, it offers significant advantages over traditional end-load carton loading systems. Designed for filler room installations, this carton loader offers tool-less disassembly for sanitation.
Delkor’s pouch loading system is typically complemented with a Delkor Trayfecta® carton former and a Delkor Capstone carton closer.
