The new Kapstone^TM Three-Flap Carton Closing Machine accurately positions, closes and seals three-flap cartons at line speeds of 150 cartons per minute. Its precision servo-driven carton positioning mechanism ensures reliable, repeatable production of quality consumer packages at highly profitable line speeds.

The heart of the system is innovative technology that introduces "intelligent positioning" to the closing operation. This patent-applied-for technology precisely aligns the leading edge of the carton and the scored foldover front flap during sealing to consistently produce a symmetrical sealed carton.
