Delkor’s
VCP-120 utilizes the proven two servo technology
of the Delkor SPOT-PAK® loader for positive
but gentle loading. The modular design allows
for the erecting of the corrugate blank via tape
or glue, laning of the product, loading of the
product and closing of the case with tape or glue.
With speeds up to 20 cases per minute, this Allen
Bradley controlled system is perfect for the loading
of cups, bottles, tubs, cartons, etc. Some of
the many features of the VCP-120 include;
• Proven two servo / belt loader for
gentle but precise product loading
• Standard stainless steel construction
• AB Control Logix controls and AB Panelview
HMI for user friendly operation
• Modular design allows for adding adhesive
or tape erector and closer

Flex Loader™
CL-120 series
Built with the same two servo technology
as the proven Delkor SPOT-PAK® loader, the
FlexLoader is ideal for the loading of cups, bottles,
tubs, cartons, etc.
The modular design easily accepts
pre-erected cases, trays or dairy cases from the
customer supplied conveyor. After loading, cases
will be discharged to the customer supplied case
closer or palletizer.

Flex-Loader include;
